Business cards and Mailing labels

A business card format approved for official university use is shown here. The standard business card accommodates 10 address elements, including name, title, department, school or college, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, and Web address.

Any additional information that is required must be printed on the back of the card.

Students and student groups are not allowed to use official university business cards.

*Note that accommodations for the visually impaired are allowed. Contact university relations or PMCS for more information.
